St Bernard's Playgroup welcomes all families with children aged 0 to 5 years. Our playgroup commenced in 2002 and is still going strong!

Playgroup meets each Tuesday morning from 9.00 to 10:30am during school term, in the Big Space at St Bernard's Office (Enter from Fryer's Rd).  It is a relaxed and informal playgroup, which is as much for parents as it is for children! It offers a great opportunity for young children to play, whilst parents, grandparents and carers meet and share a cuppa and a chat. 

The Playgroup sessions include free play, a craft activity and story time, and sometimes a song. Occasionally there might be an outside play session, or a special activity for occasions such as Christmas.

Morning tea is enjoyed by all. Children are required to bring their own food and drink, whilst tea and coffee for all adults is provided by the Parish. A Gold coin donation covers updating toys and craft materials. 

We warmly welcome all pre-school aged children and their families who wish to join our Playgroup.
